Paola Sanchez and Paulina Chavez, co-founders of LUX Cleaning Services, are two sisters raised in a home where deep and thorough cleaning was a must and a priority every weekend.  Yes, we grew up in a home of clean freaks and quickly became one.  This taught us the importance of a clean home as well as the downfall of not having time to enjoy your free time. We created LUX cleaning services with the mission of providing our customers with high class housekeeping services while they focus on enjoying life. LUX Cleaning Services LLC started in 2023 and aims to be your trusted long-term residential cleaning service company.

Paulina Chavez B.S., Marketing/Sales

CEO & Co-founder

Paulina Chavez co-founder and CEO of LUX Cleaning Services is originally from Texas of Hispanic descent and background in Marketing and Sales, with 6 years experience in the corporate world. She dedicated these years as an Account Executive, managing state, local and education accounts in the technology industry. Her background experience, as well as her upbringing sparked the idea of turning our family’s hobby into a profession. 

Paola Sanchez M.S., CCC-SLP

CEO & Co-Founder

Paola Sanchez co-founder and CEO of LUX Cleaning Services LLC is originally from Texas of Hispanic descent, with a background in Psychology and Speech Language Pathology (SLP), with 10 years experience managing 100+ caseloads as a Supervising SLP. Combining her previous education, years of experience in supervision and caseload management, and high quality cleaning exposure and practice make the perfect professional clean freak!

Mission

Our mission is to deliver services that exceed the expectations of our customers. We plan to do this by establishing relationships and partnerships that leverage our customers’ trust, while providing clean and safe environments. We offer Eco-friendly and effective cleaning products that are free from any harmful substances. LUX Cleaning Services focuses on luxury residences by providing high class services and giving customers a peace of mind of a clean and safe home while they take care of business.
